An induction is an important element of welcoming you to the Crown Team; so you can get to know the business, people and our values. All sales staff receive 2 weeks training on all systems & products, other departments vary per job role. Some staff get a day out in a tanker with our friendly drivers to get to know how the business works on the road.

You’ll receive continued training and development on products and industry knowledge throughout to ensure you’re the best you can be.
Should you need some support along the way, you’ll always find a Sales Trainer, Team Leader or Management on hand to help with the dreaded job anxiety.
