Sales & Service Advisor – Bury

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Present and explain products or services to customers
• Schedule deliveries and follow up on after-sales care
• Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, keeping them informed about market changes
• Update customer records using our in-house CRM system
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and sales
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries

Package offering:

• Negotiable basic salary based on experience
• Uncapped monthly commission
• Two weeks of classroom training followed by a six-month PDP plan to ensure you are fully supported in your role
• No monetary sales target for the first six months – focus on your development in the industry
• Payment based on KPIs and account revenue for the first six months while you develop your knowledge

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
• Strong communication skills via email and over the phone
• Familiarity with MS Office packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily
