Regional Branch Support – South Wales

Key responsibilities

• Support trade counter branches in delivering exceptional customer service
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
• Keep track of customer orders and ensure timely delivery and fulfilment
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising inventory
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any customer complaints or escalations
• Conduct regular branch audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with branch marketing activities, such as creating promotional displays and materials

Skills and experience required

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or support role
• Full UK driving license and my own vehicle to enable commuting between local branches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
• Knowledge of general trade counter operations and products is a plus
