Quality & Compliance Lead – Bury

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Join Crown Gas & Power as our new Quality & Compliance Lead, where you’ll drive high standards across our Environmental and Quality Management Systems (EQMS), aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our compliance frameworks in a growing energy company with a strong culture of improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance internal EQMS documentation and procedures
• Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes
• Monitor and report on legislative compliance (especially within the oil & gas sector)
• Identify risks and manage non-conformities through to resolution
• Work cross-functionally to integrate best practices and deliver staff training
• Respond to quality and environmental questions in tenders and customer interactions

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems, ideally in an SME
• Internal auditor qualification or equivalent audit experience
• Strong attention to detail and a risk-based approach to problem-solving
• Confident communicator with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
