Metering Data Analyst – Bury

If you have experience within the Energy sector and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you!

Utilising analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in streamlining data processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify data discrepancies, and support new systems and technologies to improve data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Meter and AMR installations, updates, and data flows.
• Ensure appointment accuracy and resolve meter data issues.
• Manage meter reading rejections and industry file flows for billing accuracy.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• SMETS/Smart experience .
• Experience in the energy supply sector operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
