Experience within a customer service setting is essential and being able to handle large volume inquiries via phone, email and live-chat efficiently and effectively is vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests by phone, email and live chat.
• Manage a shared inquiry inbox and data entry of customer details.
• Identify process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven Customer Service Advisor experience in a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
