Your role will include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the utilities and infrastructure sectors
Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored utility solutions
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and retention
Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Crown Energy
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to shape effective business strategies
Creating accurate sales forecasts and working toward quarterly revenue targets
Managing customer data effectively using our in-house CRM system

What you bring:

Proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the utilities sector (energy, water, gas, or telecom infrastructure)
A solid understanding of the UK utilities market, including client expectations, regulatory environments, and market trends
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
Results-driven and adaptable with the ability to work to deadlines under pressure
Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
