Administrator – Bury

Are you confident with Excel? Love solving problems? Enjoy taking ownership of tasks and getting things right first time?

We’re looking for a motivated, switched-on Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our data accurate and our systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong data and operations experience in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Tracking product movements through our systems (no physical stock involved)
• Checking documentation and making sure everything matches up
• Taking ownership of daily data reconciliations
• Spotting mistakes, resolving discrepancies, and keeping records accurate
• Supporting managers with information they need to keep things moving
• Keeping digital and paper files organised and easy to follow

What you’ll bring

• Strong Excel skills – sorting, filtering, formulas, accuracy
• A naturally organised mindset and great attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude — someone who gets stuck in
• Confidence working with numbers and problem-solving
• Ability to take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
