Within this role, you will be generating your own B2B leads/prospects, build trusting relationships with your client base close your own sales, grow and retain your own accounts. You will always be supported by our sales team managers and industry training managers. This is a full-time, career-building opportunity with the full system and industry training within a one of a kind business.
Overview of our Oil Sales Representatives
- Building your own client portfolio via self-generated leads and outbound calling
- Create strong and successful relationships with new businesses
- Retain and maintain the accounts you have acquired
- Deal with key decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly outbound call targets and profit targets
Skills and Experience Needed for this role
- Confident on Outlook email as you will be using this service for quotations and client capture
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Great mathematical skills is a must
- Previous experience in outbound telesales
- Proven track record in a targeted role
- Outstanding telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
