We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a tenacious and creative sales professional to join our commercial sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build a successful career path with an industry leading Sunday Times Top 250 business.
We require a minimum of two years’ experience in a recent target driven sales position, preferably in a B2B environment but not essential. However, given the current unfortunate economic climate we all currently find ourselves in, should you NOT have the required two year’s experience but feel this is the role you can excel in, supply a cover letter with your application detailing why you believe this is the opportunity for you and why we’d be mad not to take you on!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop a commercial client portfolio using various sales tools, maximizing client interaction to progress sales opportunities to ensure continuous account growth and development

  • Achieve and exceed, daily / monthly outbound calls and profit targets
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Provide daily, weekly or monthly sales quotations in order to secure business
  • Dealing with key decision-makers, developing new relationships whilst building on existing client portfolio to ensure maximum potential from each account
  • Full 360 account management

Personal Attributes:

  • You will be creative in your approach to developing sales opportunities; your tenacious attitude means you are able to adopt a variety of negotiating tactics to progress a sales situation.
  • A self-motivated, target driven individual with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Highly proficient sales negotiator with a desire to succeed, as business growth is expected
  • Versed in MS Office suite, CRM-and reporting tools
