The office administrator role falls within the utility installation and connections division of the Crown Group, based in Bury, Greater Manchester. You will be an ambitious individual who possesses excellent customer service skills alongside a passion for quality gate management to join our market-leading, rapidly expending business.

Role Vacancy

We offer a competitive salary for this position with full product and process training provided. Crown Energy is a family-run business with over 70 years’ experience supplying oil, gas, electricity and utilities with true family values. Skills/Experience Needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be adaptive and have a proactive approach to your daily responsibilities
  • Be confident in managing an end-to-end process and provide detailed process improvement strategies
  • Have a strong administration background, preferably in the utilities sector
  • Be productive under pressure and a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Have previous expereience of managing relationships with both B2C and B2B suppliers

The Role

  • Day to day relationship management of our preferred suppliers and issue handling
  • Maintain and strive to continually improve all supplier processes and relationships
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all processes are efficient, of high quality and all barriers to success are removed
  • Control and maintain the complete workload working towards desired KPIs
  • Writing and formatting company quotations when required
  • Contract processing through various platforms
  • Arrange meter installations through our preferred suppliers
  • Liaise with our preferred suppliers on pricing queries and objection handling
  • Ensuring high attention to detail and that work is delivered on time so our customers receive a first-class service
