Join our Key Accounts team!
We are on the hunt for a Key Accounts Advisor to join our key account management team. We welcome applications from candidates with recent sales, contact center, or sales support experience.
This role would typically suit a candidate with experience in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same! We operate a fun, friendly, busy, and varied office environment, providing a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven individual.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, administration, and attention to detail skills whilst being able to work without micro-management and to set tasks and targets.
Our Key Accounts Advisor duties will include:
- Handling and resolving incoming inquiries both over the phone and by email.
- Full account management of an existing account base.
- Quoting daily fuel prices for multi-key accounts.
- Managing strong supplier relationships.
- Sales order processing and updating of our CRM system accurately
Key Accounts Advisor skills and experience:
- Willingness to learn products, build knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales Order Processing or account management experience
- Excellent telephone, customer service experience skills.
- Good negotiating or influencing skills.
