Due to continued success, we are now seeking to recruit a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team.

The primary function of the Sales Account Manager will be to provide accurate and timely sales quotations for your existing client base whilst retaining/growing business through a best in class customer service.

As an independent energy provider, our strength is in the quality of our service reflected in the knowledge and enthusiasm of our staff. Our primary route to market is through indirect sales and the successful candidate will be given accounts to develop and manage.

Sales Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Production of sales quotations (primary function)
  • Achieve a personal new business or retention target set on a monthly basis
  • Develop existing and new sales channels with existing and new accounts
  • Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
  • Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
  • Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
  • Attend off-site client meetings when required

Our Sales Account Manager requirements;

  • 4 years experience within Account Management, Sales, or Relationship Management based roles.
  • Experience with Contract negotiation is desirable
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to working as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
