We're a growing, customer-focused business with a friendly and collaborative culture, and we're looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.
The Role
Our Customer Experience team is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support a portfolio of key accounts, including property management and managing agent customers.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring account performance, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be trusted to manage your workload, prioritise effectively, and see issues through to resolution.
The successful candidate will join a friendly, proactive, and highly organised team where collaboration, initiative, and customer focus are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and managing agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Manage and resolve a wide range of account and service-related queries.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Monitor account performance and support customers through changes to their accounts and services.
Communicate and coordinate billing-related queries between customers and internal teams.
Monitor customer accounts and support the timely resolution of outstanding debt.
Support the delivery of metering and data-related services, ensuring customers are kept informed.
Assist with the launch of new products and services through effective communication.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer care.
Attend customer meetings when required, including occasional overnight stays.

Essential
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
Strong customer service mindset.
Desirable
Account management experience.
Energy or utilities industry experience.
