Sales Account Manager - Metering

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Metering Sales team. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey — managing enquiries, converting leads, and delivering a great experience from first contact through to sale completion.

What You’ll Do:
Manage a pipeline of 60–90 active enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Work with warm inbound leads from PPC campaigns, customer connections, and data-driven targeting.
Conduct outbound calls to warm customer data (no cold calling).
Create self-generated quotes and manage sales through to completion.
Achieve targets for profit, order volume, and quality assurance.
Collaborate closely with Connections and Operations teams for seamless project handovers.
Support a mix of domestic (70%) and commercial (30%) customers – from homeowners to developers and landlords.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (metering background)
Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
