Due to continued growth, we are seeking 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our fantastic IT team; for a leading national fuel supplier based in Bury.

Responsibilities and Duties
As 1st / 2nd Line support you will be working as part of a team of 2 to provide top class support to customers using the following skills:
- Windows Server
- MS Office
- Active Directory
- Basic Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP VMware
- Hyper – V
Qualifications and Skills
Due to the nature of our internal client (sales contact center), the ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing with the ability to communicate at all levels. We are seeking a self-starter with a hands-on, proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Previous experience is required 1st Line 1 year plus minimum; complementary experience in 2nd Line Support would be an advantage. It’s more important to us that you can demonstrate a technical understanding.
